Eliminate the hypocrisy of managers that brag about how great their staff is ... but then force supervisors to rate everyone lower at review time without blaming them for the policy. :mad:

Telling people they're trusted and valued employees, then tapping phone lines and monitoring terminal use and using cameras to monitor the work place.

Eliminate rewards to managers who downsize staff sizes except through normal attrition.



Dang .. those all sound pretty negative ... don't they? Pet peeves of mine.

1) very recently~ mother was hospitalized and brutally murdered by someone dressed as an attendant ( this dream would not end, I woke up twice and went right back into it)

2) Mr. Lil bringing home a new wife, and me struggling to find where I fit in the scenario (I woke up crying, was freaky)

3) Trap doors open and swallow my loved ones whole, in sequential orer of their actual deaths (this is a repeating one)
