Oh, Sharni and Lil, I'm so envious. To be able to stand in the back row for group pictures...or reach that top shelf...or to not have to use that booster seat in the movie theater...

Well, okay, that last one isn't *exactly* true, although I've thought about it when someone's sat down in front of me, blocking the view.

Well, I'm taller than my mother...I'm 5'2." Okay, you're right--I lied. I'm 5'1" and some odd tenths. :)

There is an old german catholic town near me, has a small school but they always have the best basketball team in the area, for like 30 years...anyway the standing joke to outside towns to them is that their parents always put the beer on the top shelf and the kids had to stretch to reach it, thats why they are so tall.

somewhere around the 5'8" mark maybe a little less.
