Just come to this thread and scream or grunt or throw things or whatever.........and get it all out.....so that you don't do something, somewhere else, that you might regret later!

personaly........I think the best thing to take care of aggravation and frustration ...........one of the following three things.!!

(1) SEX.........it almost always helps

(2) SEX..........if it didn't do the trick the first time.........do it again

(3) SEX...........TRUST ME.........3rd times a charm ;)
