Live in the Midwest?
 

Hey Everyone, :wave:

My roomate and I want to meet non asshole men that live in the midwest. We both have had some bad experiences and we want to put that behind us and move on. We look out for one another so any prospects would have to talk to both of us and answer an insane amount of questions. ;)

She wants, a man 18-26, honest, good hearted, funny, fun loving, easy to talk to, isn't belittling, nice, independant, someone not starved for attention, appreciates spending time together, doesn't need to go out. Non smoker and non drinker.

I want... 19-28, honest, likes to play board games, is interested in a "real" relationship, funny, easy going, and one that realizes we can help each other.

Hmmm...an honest guy that isn't an asshole...girls, we are all dishonest assholes...well I take that back I'm not dishonest it kills me to lie but I'm a guy I'm an ass. I'm just not one very often..just when I'm really tired but I am in the midwest and 24.

Roomie: Country....but just about anything. Doesn't mind sports but football is her fav.
I like everything except hard rock, rap, most jazz, and blues. Although I do love some songs by Godsmack. Evanescence is my favorite group. I like watching baseball and hockey in person.....hockey is just like wrestling on ice.

I'm just on the outside of yours, at 29, and well on the outside of your roomie's...but the thing I noticed, and I wonder if anyone's brought this up in any other thread recently - board games.

I've still got a couple of collector's edition boxes (Risk, Clue) that I've opened up to look at, but I haven't been able to convince anyone to play me at, yet.

And I recently added a Europa edition Monopoly (in German) as well as the City of Cologne edition (also in German) to my collection....

I'm out on several counts

You know, the Internet is such an interesting way of meeting people. I've had 3 bf's (I know, not a great track record, lol) and I started talking to them all via the net. I think it just works for me since I'm pretty shy in person. It just seems easier to talk to someone when not face to face. On the other hand, my parents are strongly against me meeting people online. I can see their point but I do try to use a lot of caution. Times are changing and I love it.

Are you serious?!? I just sang in an audition for an a cappella group two days ago! I find out today or tomorrow if I get in or not! I play guitar and write my own music.
I know nothing of stars and constellations other than they are fun to look at, and I know the big dipper and the belt of O'Ryan.
And I dance on occasion. Clubs are cool, but not as much my thing. I am more into acoustic rather than hip hop.

to answer ur questions yes i love country and all music. and yes i love board games i am a gamer at heart(monopoly I rule at)i love to dance and am good at slow dancing but am not very good at the rest(haven't had a good dance partner to teach me. yes I do sing but only with family, friends or my girl :x: and yes i do know some astrology but am a bit rusty on it. and i am a true romantic, heres alil scene for you to judge for ur selves; ok picture this: you walk into the room and there are no lights except those of candles, you can smel something delicious but don't know what it is. you go to see what it is and you find a trail of rose pedals and follow them up to the bed room, you walk in and see the trail leads to the bed and there are roses pedals covering it. you glance aroung and see candles light all around the room and can smell an intoxicating aroma from them. you look around to find me and i walk up behind you and lightly touch ur shoulders and hand you a white rose and plant a gentle kiss on your cheek. I wrap my arm around you and tell you that you are the most beautiful thing i have ever seen, I rest my head against ur neck and slowly sway back and forth with you planting kissess all along ur neck while i put on soft dance music. i stand there dancing with you and kissing all along ur slender neck...to be continued.. thats just a taste of how romantic i can be so if you want to hear how the story ends post a reply and tell me if you want to know or not.. :x:
