Well, tonight was the first time in months I got to be lazy and got chinese to go.

Actually, I was going to offer to clean up after dinner if IWM's still on the table. :)

followed by

A medley of game birds drizzled in rich plum and brandy sauce

followed by

creme bruile desert finished off with a blow torch for that perfectly glazed look
