Since people around here haven't had much to laugh about for some reason, I thought I'd post some of these for those who need a good laugh!

;) You Know You're a True Wisconsinite When:

1. Your idea of a traffic jam is ten cars waiting to pass a tractor
on the highway.

2. You measure distance in hours.

3. You know several people who have hit deer more than once.

4. You often switch from "heat" to "A/C" in the same day and back again.

5. Your whole family wears green and gold to church on Sunday.

6. You can drive 65 mph through 2 feet of snow during a raging
blizzard, without flinching.

7. You install security lights on your house and garage and leave
both unlocked.

8. You carry jumper cables in your car and your girlfriend knows
how to use them.

9. You design your kid's Halloween costume to fit over a snowsuit.

10. Driving is better in the winter because the potholes are filled
with snow.

11. You can identify an Illinois accent

12. You have no problem spelling Milwaukee.

13. You were unaware that there is a legal drinking age.

14. A brat is something you eat.

15. Your neighbor throws a party to celebrate his new machine shed.

16. You have more miles on your snow blower than your car.

17. You refer to the Packers as "we."

18. You find 0 degrees "a little chilly."

19. You know all 4 seasons: almost winter, winter, still winter and road construction.

I think this was the funniest one...

I live about a block and a half from where the CheddarPack meets -yes, in Texas- so I know all about the folks in green and gold... When you say Brett Favre these people bow their heads reverantly.

God I love Wisconsin

It's funny to think that some of these are really the truth for those who aren't living in the cities like I am... and I think my family is just about the only one that doesn't follow the Packers religiously (or at all even)...guess I'm not a true Wisconsinite, huh? :D

Today I heard one on TV: If you are punished at a tribunal because you shot your rifle during your wife had an orgasm, you are in Wisconsin.
(They said it was no joke, just laws :D)
