Hello to you all, we are kinda new to this site, M33 F29 have been typing in "how to spice up our sex life" on google, and to be honest have not found much of any use.

Well, depending on how you feel about it, adding a third person (male or female) to the mix is always fun. At least it has been for us.

Anal question has been probed (not overly though), as for the third person, its not something i (m33) would be interested in although she does seem a bit obesed with swinging! We have some toys but dont use them much.

We probably need to understand what is meant by "spice up" before we jump in too deeply.

If it just means her getting dressed up as a Nurse and relieving symptoms, then a lazy trawl through some magazines may give you some ideas.
