Interestingly, I just put my friend's name in, who actually lives in the US, and apparently there's only 1 person with that name! It could be her, and may help me in my search!

Looks like the records come from the US Census Bureau so the voter registration records wouldn't be involved...... I don't think anyway. :shrug:

As far as requirements to be able to register to vote over here, as far as I know you just have to be a legal citizen, 18 yrs. of age and not a convicted fellon, right?
