You might consider joining a site such as Bondage.com. You can register for free, but if you want to email anyone other than a premium member, you won't be able to do it directly through the site's system. (There are ways around that.) Also, if you are a free member, you won't be able to post on their forums.

If you become a premium (paid) member, you can do everything offered by the site.
