I'm a night person, so I stay up as late as I can (and usually another half hour after that - LOL) ... so I also sleep as late as I can ... I usually get up about 7:40 ish and need to be at work around 8:30 ... luckily the boss doesn't mind if I'm a few minutes late ... and even then she doesn't usually show up until 9:00 or after, so it works out well on the rare morning I get up later than I should.
