I debated whether to update or start another thread but since I had a question about this in PM I thought I'd just expand here. We did find my daughter a pair of shoes and she was able to be the Maid of Honor in her sister's wedding back a few months ago. It's funny because when the girls all got together pre-wedding they had all different colored shoes so the whole crowd decided to go barefoot! It was a garden wedding so it all worked out but I had to laugh. Now we're looking at prom night and shock of shocks she's decided to go this year and has found some pretty sandals and a gown she wants. Maybe it sounds unusual but I'm just glad she's decided to wear a dress. Y'all she's such a beautiful woman. (even if she is just my baby) She'd said she wouldn't go but a friend has asked and she's going. Dayum it just doesn't seem like that lovely lady at the wedding is the same kid I've wrestled and played with for 17 years now. As long as I'm bragging, she's also gotten some high marks for her writing... that was always something I enjoyed as a teen and even on occasion now. So you know it made ole Pop grin like a 'possum when she told me last night. OK Proud Pop's moment over... carry on pervin'! Thank you for your patience
