44 days a year, including our 8 public holidays - we only get them if we work 'em though.

Currently, I work about one weekend in six

Nope

Do you have to work up hours? (ADO~Accured Days Off, RDO~Rostered Days Off, etc)
No, but if we work over our rostered hours, we get it back at a rate of 2:1

Do you like your job? If not, what would you like to be employed as?
Love the job, hate the paperwork that goes with it. Seems to grow 100% every year!!
