Bad for blood sugars but OMG DELICIOUS would be Lean Cuisine Chicken Alfredo. I'm also kind of partial to the Southern Beef Tips.

I've discovered that I like the Lean Cuisine probably best out of all the frozen lunch choices I've had lately. Feel free to let me know other good ones, though, guys!
