I'm having striper marinaded in lime juice, a pinch of sea salt and olive oil (Mr. Lixy is grilling it now), mashed sweet potatoes (plain) and tons of fresh, chopped spinach with a skinch of fresh ground pepper medley and a squeek of olive oil to simulate butter/margarine (damn I miss that shit!).

Gotta lose what we gained in Texas. Those peeps eat high on the hog! Not to mention the cow!
