Well - since I lived there for 3 years the answer is a definite yes for me. They have these establishments called Love Motels and it is exactly what you expect. You rent the rooms by the hour and they are of different themes. All you do is select your theme from the billboard as you drive into the courtyard and then go to the appropriate room with attached garage. They even have a little wooden stand to put in front of your license plate.
