Yea Lil and Maddy .... way to go!!!! ... Mr. Lil is wonderful to have done that, he impresses me more with each new thing you mention about him! Maddy, keep trying to get the points in .... I know in my past attempts that not eating as much as I should was always the start of my cheating cycles ... you're probably much better than me, but for me it would set off a complicated set of thoughts that sent me in the wrong direction ... and of course the body holding onto it's weight isn't good either.
