fzzy, just remember that it's one day. The important part is that you woke up this morning with the same resolve as you've had the last two months. Me, I ended up 11 points over yesterday. Granted, I had a pretty stressful day, but that's an excuse and not a reason. This morning I've been able to focus on long-term goals and just consider yesterday a "bump" in the road.
