The only 'line' i've ever heard that would work on me is the one that Ryan Phillipe uses in Cruel Intentions. Quite simply:

'God your beautiful. I'm going to take you to lunch' - at which point he offers his arm and off they go. Said with the right mix of charm and arrogance, that would definitely win me.

Ok so perhaps 'I'm very sorry ma'am but i've just ran over your cat' would work on me if it were him saying it to me!!!

Oh, hell don't ask me i've never been chatted up in my life!
