"29% of men and 25% of women over the age of 80 are still sexually active" according to Dr. Patricia Bloom of Mount Sinai-New York University Medical Center. Dr. Kaufman continues, "The more you use your erection, the better it will become. That has a lot to do with the oxygenation of the smooth muscle that is really the basis of an erection. The benefit is, the more sex you have, and the better blood flow that results from this sex, the better quality your erection's going to be.
