I've tried it (with toys more successfully than with men) a couple of times, and I have to say I don't get any great pleasure from it. Fighting against my muscles' instinct to push out makes it pretty tricky and ironically I find that the more lube there is, the easier it is for my muscles to push to expel whatever it is that's trying to enter me.

Having said that, on the few occasions where I have successfully achieved a degree of penetration and also received clirtoral and vaginal stimulation at the same time, the orgasm I have had has been very intense indeed. I wouldn't say that anal helps get me to orgasm, but once I'm there it definitely makes it more powerful.
