Well, I don't know that you can call what I did "dinner" but I did eat. Frankly I've had some pretty shitty days lately so I just decided to take whatever craving I could and just overindulge the hell out of it. I've been craving chocolate for a couple of days and today I went hog wild:

1 qt. chocolate milk
about half a box of Little Debbie Swiss Cake Rolls
6 Hostess Cupcakes
3 Three Musketeers bars

........ and I've got a pan of fudge brownies that is just about ready to come out of the oven. Toss a couple of scoops of mint choc. chip ice cream on those bad boys and my blood sugar should be so damn impressive for my doctor tomorrow that he brands me the biggest idiot he's ever seen. And I don't really care.
