It's probably about 10 hours away but I do know what I'm having. I'm giving WI's "yogurt" pork roast a try. I'll quarter up a couple of large baking potatoes put on a bit of garlic powder and parmesan, drizzle them with E.V.O.O. and let 'em roast for a bit until I've got some nice wedgies.

Maybe a fresh spinach salad and I should be set.
