Chimney's down, bricks are piled on skids waiting to be re-used, the wall was framed & sheathed but not insulated for the coldest night of this spring...the door is now installed (with the missing parts also in now) drywall is up (which I will mud, sand & paint myself)...in short, it's all installed, my contractor has gotten paid, God's in His Heaven, all's right with the world...


Now all I gotta do is paint, build shelves, build steps, lay paving bricks...ain't no thang...
