I wonder if it's less about the physical "activity" and frequency of partner change, and more about self respect?

I think a slut is someone who doesn't respect themselves enough to obey their personal boundaries. Who does things that *they* are ashamed of.

Maybe not a completely formed idea...and I am sure I could do a better job of expressing it...but I thought I'd throw that definitoin out there for debate.
