Mr. Lixy got a refund check from his oral surgeon. Seems he over paid and they actually refunded his money.

On the other hand, I got a note from the governor of Pennsylvania, Ed Rendell. It explained the importance of preparing for my long term care when the time comes to pick out a facility to live in. In essence it said that time was fleeting and I didn't want to be caught unprepared.

How does someone tell her governor to me?
