Here I though IowaMan would suggest you make a quick flight to Iowa to see his collection of kittens. Oh well, Catalina is a good choice, too.

What about a quick trip up to Tahoe or, closer to home, take in a bed and breakfast in Sausalito. I love Sausalito.
