I've got to take a minute to give the Penguins some credit, this team has the look of a potential champion, given their core group of players.

While I don't understand some of the actions on the ice, I'm sure that some of it is just due to frustration of being dominated by the Wings thus-far.

The Penguins have not played badly this series, but the Wings have just played better.

With Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Marc-Andre Fleury , Jordan Staal , Marian Hossa , Max Talbot and company the Pens have a very bright future. The comparisons between this team and the early 80's Oilers teams seem to be pretty accurate.

My guess is that Crosby will hoist the Cup sooner rather than later, just not THIS year. Enjoy the ride Pens and NHL fans, its going to be a beauty.
