Noodle omelet - 2 bricks of instant noodles, to which I add after microwaving and draining, kecap manis, sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce and Swazi Fire chili sauce, stick 'em in a pan, pour 5 scrambled eggs over the noodles, add half the amount of all the sauces again, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and when the omelet has congealed, fold it over, cook some more, flip it over, cook some more and then it's ready to serve 2 hungry people
