First, having to pay $40 for what should have been a $10 script co-pay, & being told I'll have to talk to the insurance co. about that...

Then, at the grocery store, where I use my reusable shopping bags, including an insulated bag I paid $2 more for than the other bags...and no bagger has yet used the insulated bag for the cold stuff! Obviously they throw these kids out on the floor with no training whatsoever...
