Being told I would have to wait to get my hair cut in a unisex hair salon, because the only chair open would give me line-of-sight to a Muslim woman with her head uncovered ...

I mean, c'mon, I'm all for respecting the beliefs of others, and I'm normally very tolerant of same...but when someone else's muddle-headed beliefs infringe on my rights, I'm ready to draw the line right here.
