I'm stuck on hold and they are playing the worst music known to man and this dumb ass voice keeps interrupting the crappy music to inform me that their agents are still busy and that I can go browse their website for information. I don't need no freaking information! I need this hideous music to stop and a real person to come on the line so I can get on with my life.
