Yes indeed; went for my first out-patient appointment on March 2nd, and after a deal of messing about with tongue depressors, fingers down throat (

my throat - yeuch!) and finally a camera up my nose and down the back of my throat - he finally declared himself satisfied with progress!!
Then my Consultant came in, and also declared himself happy. When I was about to leave, he told me I have to go back every 6 weeks, instead of 3-monthly, and for 18 months rather than a year. And go through the same things every time.
Still, if it means I'm well, that's fine.
The Doc did congratulate me on my tolerance of his "mucking about" though - I wondered how well some others cope if that's the case? Anyhoo, next appointment is in two weeks time.
DB - yup, good news is absolutely okey-doke with me!! Please, ask Mrs DB to pass on my love and best wishes to all the kids .... whatever they're doing seems to be working!!
Good to hear thing are good with you, too. Excellent progress for us both, it seems!
