In picking a hotel, you might check. Most will up the discount if some number of rooms (five or more) are reserved. They'll set up a group name (like "Pixies") and when others make reservations they simply say they're part of the Pixies group. Probably don't need the group name just yet ... maybe around March.

Also, check on prices for both standard rooms and suites if they're available. Usually one or two (or more) opt for a suite just to have a bit more room or a fridge in the room or something.
