By the 2nd Article of Maryland's Constitution, every 20 years, a ballot question is required: Should the voters approve a Constitutional Convention for the purposes of amending the state Constitution?

The ballot question won this time around. The only possible good a Constitutional Convention can do is inject more chaos into the system.

Naturally enough, I voted in favor.
