1. Make some days "clothing optional" days for work or play.
2. Require all car manufacturers to provide 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranties on all but consumables such as windshield wipers.
3. Highway contractors be required to guarantee against cracking and/or potholes for a minimum of 10 years.
