i Don't know what the laws are in other countries...but in Australia the legal age is 18!!
Also in Australia it is illegal to view pics of anyone under 18....and for anyone that is under 18...it is illegal for them to view pornagraphic sites...
Might i add that if you are 15 or 16...you are in this country still a child..so no you would not be a paedophile
