I've gotten myself down from 242 to 190 over the past couple of years. I walk about a mile a day and reduced "portion" size in my meals. Try to avoid sweets ... although not totally. So far, so good. Still want to drop just a few more pounds .. maybe five or six and then work to maintain that weight.

Best of luck to everyone in your efforts.

It was sure more fun putting it on than taking it off.

But it's also more fun having it off than leaving it on.
