I wouldn't call it a problem but I need it more. It always seems when I really want it I can't have it and that is most of the time. I have friends who say they can care less about ever having it and that may be true for some people. I don't know if I would call it sexual dysfuntion but I think if you have someone who really does it for you that makes a huge difference. I know it does for me and I would be happy if I had it everyday with no complaints. That is one thing i wouldn't consider a chore.
