I would assume a Doona is some sort of blanket.

It seems that many of the people here at Pixies are sleepers in the nude.

I myself do sleep in the nude when the oportunity raises itself. Quite often I do not get the privacy to do so and I am certain that the others I stay with wouldn't apreciate that too much.
