I do not ask anybody to believe me, but it was one day many years ago that I counted 20 times. I was working on it all the day almost without interruption. It was my experimental phase (somewhere around 12-14 years of age) that I found out some facts about my body. Result of that day: Too much masturbation definitely results in inflammations
Today on good days I am happy with three, four times. The minimum of almost every day is one time.
