I am sure I have had past lovers fake it with me...to be honest, it would not really bother me (unless it was on a regular basis, then I would hope she would have the confidence to communicate with me so I can fix the problem )...however I have had to fake it a few times in the past with my last lover.

She had VERY strong inner muscles, and when she would orgasm, she would squeeze me, so hard that if I was about to orgasm...she would basically shut down the valves...and it was sort of frustrating hehe, but in a good way. After once or twice of this in a row, I would just flex a in ragged pattern and slow down (praise the PVC muscle). I know, a horrible problem lol.
