Sometimes ya gotta know and then (and I am hoping this isn't the case) when you find out the culprit and the effects.....you kinda wish you didn't know. I wish you the best Lilith! I'm keeping good thoughts that if this problem is now being rectified, that the effects will wear with time and then all will be ok for you and your neighbors! Keep us informed if you can!
