I left my last job when it changed management (Pastors) and he ddissolved both our school age summer camp and a preschool inclusion program for children with developmental disabilities (at the time we had 3 lil guys with Autism and 1 with Down's) that I had created. He said the insurance risks were too high. I said he was a bastard.
Before he came, I worked in Nirvana for 8 years. There are places that do not foster negative attitudes out there and you are entitled to work in such a place. If you work hard and keep your nose clean you deserve to have a pleasant working environment where people treat you respectfully.
