I do my best to stay out of bitch fests and back stabbing... I get along ok with all my co-workers, but there are a couple that I have issues with on a personal level, but it is personal so I leave it at the front door. My advice to anyone, (and I give it to people where I work pretty often ), if you're dis-satisified or unhappy, communicate this to the boss... if things don't change, start handing out the resume's. I know of a couple people at my work that had issues resolved as soon as Mgmt found out they were looking elsewhere. Not that it always works that way, but I really believe that everyone is responsible for their own happiness.
