I'm a very strange guy, so narrowing it down to just ONE strange thing is pretty hard! lol!
But if I had to, it's probably my strange interest in girls with hairy armpits.... especially if they shave their pubes. I don't know why! I think it's probably something to do with the 'taboo' nature of it... something so kinky it's just not done!
And of course, being peed on is a fairly extreme fetish I guess.....
