Maybe something like a nice gesture then...I am sort of the same way, I don't mind extravagence, but it is just not my style (although I will spoil my date/girlfriend/ect to no end lol)...how about cooking a nice romantic dinner? Maybe write him a poem how you feel, how he has made you feel for these past 16 years. It isn't extravagent, not flashy...but it is from the heart...just a thought, or you could just buy him a fancy hooker and the two of you could ravage him all night
