ALVIN and THE CHIPMUNKS
This music trio had their own show, 'Alvin and the Chipmunks', airing in 1983 and was produced by Ross Bagdasarian Jr. The characters were created by singer/songwriter Ross Bagdasarian Sr. in an early '50s Liberty Records single, "The Chipmunk Song" (sold five million copies in seven weeks). Their first primetime show was called "The Alvin Show", premiered Oct.4, 1961.
BATFINK
A superhero parody of "Batman". He had supersonic sonar-radar and wings like a shield of steel. His assistant was, Karate, a Japanese martial arts expert. His archvillain is Hugo A Go Go. 'Batfink' was produced by Hal Seeger Productions. In Sep. 1967, Screen Gems syndicated 100 five-minute cartoons on "the Paul Winchell Show". An underground cult favorite and the episodes have appeared in some format on TV ever since. Voice by Frank Buxton. İHal Seeger Production
The BRAIN
Lab mouse in Acme Labs in 'Steven Spielberg Presents Pinky & The Brain'. Best friends with Pinky who aids him in his attempt "to take over the world!" His attempts are non-violent and always fail because of his ludicrous plans. The Peabody Award-winning show is a spinoff of "Animaniacs" and premiered Sep.9, 1993. Voice of Maurice LaMarche.
DANGER MOUSE
Crimefighter with a cowardly hamster sidekick, Penfold, on 'Danger Mouse'. Created in England; written by Brian Trueman and Mike Harding. Voice by David Jason. Aired from Sep. 1981 to Mar. 1992.
