I've used an electric shaver before (made for the face) and it has the 3 rotary blades behind a screen. It works fine closest to the body but for the scrotum sack area I would not use it again.....mine either pulls or slightly nicks the small bumps on my skin and hurts.
I've been searching a lot on the web and I also found the feather touch, but I haven't seen or heard enough about it to justify buying it.....although it looks like it might help me a lot.
