Understand that the religions & places that practice circumcision do so at birth - none of this trying to influence thing! Just a thought, it seems like Islamic culture, in particular, is very prolific... doesn't seem like a harmful thing to the reproductive process to me... & the Jewish culture has flourished for 1000's of years, in spite of repeated attempts to exterminate it... makes me wonder if maybe there's some advantages... I'm just a bass player, what do I know?
