Good question jenna I wish I knew a sure fire way to tell if that someone was intrested in you. Diferent people give off diferent signals. I've found out later that I've missed out on chances. The best way to find out is ask them if they do or out on a date.
I know this can be hard for some people (me being one of them) but if you don't put yourself out there you'll never know. So I say go for it you really have nothing to lose.
